- How do I correct information in my profile?
To correct information in your profile, click on the "My Manager" link from the main members area screen. This will launch a new page with various options for editing different portions of your profile. For example, clicking on "Edit Physical stats" will load a page with the information you currently have on file. Simply correct your information and submit the form to save your changes.
- I don't remember my username or my password. What should I do?
If you registered with a legitimate email address your username and password can be sent to you. Just click on any "Lost password" link you find and enter the email address you registered. Your username and password will be sent as long as the email address you enter is found in your files. You cannot enter a different email address from the one that you registered.
- When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?
When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there. To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply" in the member's note, write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address.
